A handcrafted die struck design in a copper-bronze alloy. This ancient Asian method offers superb color enhancement. Each color is applied in the form of a powdered glass resin and baked one color at a time at 1600 deg.f for 2-4 minutes to prevent “ bleeding”. It is then polished and plated in gold, silver, bronze or black nickel to produce a high quality durable pin. Choose from 150 colors for authentic cloisonné or select colors from our pantone chart for epola.
